Traditional overtaking clutches rely on changes in relative speed or rotational direction between the driving and driven components to automatically engage or disengage. Building on this, the rare earth magnetic overtaking clutch utilizes the powerful and stable magnetic properties of rare earth materials to optimize its operational mechanism.
In engineering machinery such as loaders, the rare earth magnetic overtaking clutch excels at adapting to complex operating conditions. For instance, in scenarios involving frequent starts, stops, and gear shifts, its stable magnetic properties enable rapid and precise clutch actions.
