中國(guó)黃金烏努格吐山銅鉬礦項(xiàng)目投料試車成功
9月16日，中國(guó)黃金集團(tuán)[0.25 -4.23%]公司舉行儀式慶祝烏努格吐山銅鉬礦項(xiàng)目（以下簡(jiǎn)稱烏山項(xiàng)目）投料試車成功。
烏山項(xiàng)目是中國(guó)黃金集團(tuán)公司實(shí)施多金屬發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的首個(gè)大型有色金屬項(xiàng)目，也是迄今黃金集團(tuán)投資最大的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目位于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)呼倫貝爾市新巴爾虎右旗，為國(guó)內(nèi)已探明的第四大銅鉬伴生礦床，銅金屬儲(chǔ)量267萬(wàn)噸，鉬金屬儲(chǔ)量54萬(wàn)噸。項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃分三期建設(shè)，一期工程總投資28億元，日處理礦量3萬(wàn)噸，達(dá)產(chǎn)后年產(chǎn)值約30億元，年利稅近7億元。項(xiàng)目二、三期工程建成后，日處理礦量將達(dá)到12萬(wàn)噸，形成年產(chǎn)10萬(wàn)噸銅、1.3萬(wàn)噸鉬，總產(chǎn)值超過100億元的國(guó)內(nèi)大型銅鉬礦生產(chǎn)基地之一。
烏山項(xiàng)目作為中央企業(yè)支持少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)工程，在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)過程中始終堅(jiān)持科技創(chuàng)新，打破了當(dāng)?shù)囟静皇┕さ膽T例，創(chuàng)造了國(guó)內(nèi)有色礦山建設(shè)的“九個(gè)第一”：第一次采取膏體堆放工藝；第一次使用自主研發(fā)的最大規(guī)格半自磨機(jī)（ф8.8米×4.8米）、球磨機(jī)（ф6.2米×9.5米）、隔膜泵（DGMB450/8）、磁力�。�MA-221）等設(shè)備；第一次大規(guī)模使用自主研發(fā)的浮選機(jī)（160M3）；第一次使用世界最大的ф40米深錐濃密機(jī)；單系列處理能力為國(guó)內(nèi)最大（15000噸/日）；自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)有色礦山中為一次到位裝備水平最高；采用了國(guó)內(nèi)最大規(guī)模的封閉式儲(chǔ)礦倉(cāng)；為國(guó)內(nèi)高緯度、高寒地區(qū)快速建成的第一座現(xiàn)代化大型有色金屬礦山。
